Details:**The cost to attend this training is $199 per person for FWEA members and personnel from FBC member jurisdictions. The cost for non-members is $249.
 
This is a great opportunity to learn the Lean Six Sigma fundamentals and its application; develop an understanding and ability to apply the techniques of various elements; how to prioritize processes for improvement; and approaches and tools to immediately improve process in your workplace.  All of this will be done specifically using and relating to the use of the Water/Wastewater (WW) data collected by the FBC for the annual report. 


This one-day training class is limited to 41 attendees.
