TOPIC:MAKING EVERY DROP COUNT: LOCAL AND NATIONAL WATER REUSE TOPICS
SPEAKERS: Bart Weiss, Director RCW and Discharge Elimination Div, Hillsborough County

Water reuse has received noticeable interest locally due to Florida’s progressive and proactive approach to using highly treated wastewater for beneficial purposes. The luncheon presentations will feature an exploration of water reuse from local and national perspectives. Bart Weiss will speak about local water reuse projects, regional work groups, as well as the future needs and obstacles of reuse in Florida. Dr. Stanford will present on “up and coming” topics from a national perspective, the direction of potable reuse research, and the latest on engineering and operator training for DPR.

FWEA First Coast invites you to join them for an evening to benefit the Don Maurer Memorial Scholarship, AWWA, and FWEA charities on Thursday, May 19th. Come and enjoy the 18-hole putting course and challenge hole at World Golf Village. Raffle prizes and will follow the putting tournament.
