Mr. Gilbert is a certified design-build designated professional with more than three decades of practiced construction and engineering experience. He has played a key role in projects totaling over $3.5B in constructed costs, and possesses a decade of alternative project delivery experience totaling $2.1B in constructed costs.
He has demonstrated success in delivering water and wastewater projects to federal, industrial and municipal clients on schedule and within budget throughout his career. He is responsible for a diversified range of large-scale water and wastewater design-build (DB), design-bid-build, and construction management at-risk (CMAR) projects.
