Charles S. “Chuck” Warrington, Jr. Biography:
 
Chuck Warrington is the Managing Director & Executive Officer of the Clearwater Gas System (CGS), the 34th largest publicly-owned gas system in America & the 4th largest municipally-owned gas system in Florida.  CGS is one of the fastest growing gas systems in America (averaging about +5%/year) and serves 20 municipalities in 2 counties in the fast growing Tampa Bay area of Florida with both natural & propane gas.
 
Chuck is Past President and currently serves on the Board of the Florida Natural Gas Association, which represents the 37 public and investor-owned gas systems in Florida, and is the Past President and Board member of the Florida Municipal Natural Gas Association.  He is also Past Chairman and currently serves on the Board of the American Public Gas Association, which represents the nearly 1,000 publicly-owned gas systems in America.
 
Chuck is a 40+ year utility professional with both electric and gas background, having served his 1st 20 years with Florida Power & Light Company in positions including General Manager of Miami, Florida, & State-wide Director of Customer Services.  He was intimately involved in FPL's winning of the Japanese Deming Award for Quality.  He was recruited to lead CGS 23 years ago in 1992.
 
He is an Electrical Engineering graduate of Georgia Tech, attended the Utility Executive Management Training program at the University of Michigan, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Florida.
 
Bueno Prades Biography:
 
For more than 30 years, Bueno Prades has been helping municipalities, municipal utilities and other local, state and federal agencies with infrastructure and energy efficiency improvements.   Through Energy Performance Contracting programs offered by Honeywell, Bueno has been involved in bringing a wide array of self-funding and economically sustainable energy and facility improvement programs to public sector customers in Florida and throughout the Southeast.
 
Bueno’s experience covers both the technical and business aspects of energy programs, having served in both engineering and management roles.  Bueno is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida, a LEED Accredited Professional, and Certified Energy Manager.  He received his Electrical Engineering degree from West Virginia University and Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia.

1905 Salad: Crisp iceberg lettuce with julienne of baked ham, natural Swiss cheese, fresh tomato, olives, grated Romano cheese and our famous garlic dressing.
 
OPTION 1: Pollo Salteado - In a very hot sauté pan, we combine Spanish olive oil with a touch of fresh garlic then add boneless chicken, sliced sweet Spanish onion, green bell pepper, fresh mushrooms, diced potatoes, Spanish sausage (Chorizo) splashed with a hearty red wine. Served with yellow rice.
 
OPTION 2: Boliche “Criollo” ​- Roasted Eye round of beef stuffed with chorizo and roasted in flavorful gravy. Served with black beans, white rice and plátanos.
 
OPTION 3: Red Snapper “Russian Style” - King of Gulf Fish Snapper, lightly seasoned with Cuban bread crumbs. Pan fried and topped with lemon butter, chopped parsley and egg. Served with yellow rice.
 
OPTION 4: Vegetarian Plate​ - Our combination of white rice, black beans, yuca, platanos maduros and mixed vegetables.
 
Flan: Spanish caramel egg custard.
