FWEA West Coast Chapter 2017 Summer Luncheon
Please join us on August 24th as Tom Rawls of Hillsborough County and the Westra Design-Build Team discuss the benefits of design build as a project delivery model. Utilizing the design-build delivery model in place of the traditional approach allows for an expedited schedule to construction completion without losing the involvement and vision of the owner. With this model, the design and build phases of the project can seamlessly overlap, and value engineering is assessed along the way for cost effective project implementation. Mr. Rawls and the Westra team will review their experiences with design-build in Hillsborough County including projects such as the Dale Mabry Pipeline Project and the Northwest Consolidation Program.
