| 10/21/2023 | Members of FWEA's Central Florida Chapter (CFC) and student groups from the University of Central Florida (UCF) will be visiting Orange County Utilities (OCU) Southern Regional Water Supply Facility for a plant tour. The water plant treats groundwater using ozonation, fluoridation and chlorination and is equipped with a 1.2 megawatt (MW) floating solar array on-site which generates electricity to send back into the grid.
