Once you arrive, head up to the 14th floor. We will be meeting in the main conference room. If you work downtown, I’d suggest walking for ease but if you’re driving, please feel free to park in the surface lot or parking garage across the street from the building. Bring your parking ticket with you to the meeting and our office administrator will validate it. Feel free to call my cell (407-455-3798) if you need anything.Please RSVP to this invite by Thursday 6/6 so I can get an accurate headcount for lunch (planning to cater Fresh Kitchen). 😊

- Everyone: Please check-out the “Annual Program Calendar” and “FY24-25 Business Plan” tabs within the Google Doc (see above link) to see if any planned events interest you! We’d love to have you volunteer at, or spearhead, an event. Feel free to brainstorm ideas for any other event ideas, as well, and bring them with you to the meeting.
- Everyone: We are still looking for a Membership Coordinator. If you have any questions regarding this role, please feel free to ask.
- Colten, Arpita, Lauren, Jessica, Tori, Marina, Nathalia, Angel & Tucker: I started a draft agenda for the meeting; please update your sections when you have a moment. This can be a summary of what you hope to accomplish this year!
- Arpita: Please include your Treasurer Report, as well (thank you!).
