We invite you to join us for an afternoon of golf to benefit FSAWWA and FWEA charities. Come enjoy the challenging course at St. Johns Golf & Country Club. Lunch will be available, and dinner will follow the tournament.

Sponsorship Levels

Platinum, $800:  Includes 4-player team registration, two-hole sponsorships with company name on signs and registration banner at clubhouse, and four mulligans
Gold, $600: Includes 2-player team registration, two-hole sponsorships with company name on signs and registration banner at clubhouse, and two mulligans
Silver, $450: Includes 1-player team registration, one-hole sponsorship with company name on signs and registration banner at clubhouse
Bronze, $350 (non-player): Includes two-hole sponsorships with company name on signs and registration banner at clubhouse
Single, $125: Includes cart and green fees
Beverage Cart Sponsor, $500: Includes sign with company name on beverage cart and registration banner at clubhouse
Prize Sponsor, $300: Includes recognition during awards ceremony and raffle
