Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2027 FWEA Air Quality and Odor Control Conference.

All exhibitor booths are the same size. During the booth-purchase process, you may select from the booths that are currently available.

The exhibit hall has one main entrance, which is identified on the floor plan. The floor plan is provided to help exhibitors understand the anticipated arrangement and select a preferred booth location. FWEA will make every reasonable effort to maintain the layout shown; however, the final configuration may be adjusted as needed based on venue requirements, event operations, or other circumstances.

Each Booth Purchase Includes:

  • 10' × 10' standard booth space
  • 6' table
  • One chair
  • Booth identification sign
  • Carpeting
  • 8' high backdrop
  • 3' high side dividers
  • Trash bin
  • Two complimentary booth staff registrations per booth

Operations Challenge is the "Wastewater Olympics" for professionals in the wastewater treatment industry.
